Lettini & Associates is a business consulting firm specializing in manufacturing and
financial reporting systems.
Lettini & Associates goal is to provide our clients with business solutions tailored to
their unique needs and maximize staff productivity. Businesses are dynamic and this
ever changing environment should not be limited by outmoded system infrastructure.
Our goal is to provide solutions that will evolve as business changes occur.
We are able to assist clients with systems and procedures to bridge the transition to
systems designed to support their current and future growth. We are able to provide
these services because of our experience in designing and operating these types of
systems as employees of several Fortune 500 companies for 25 years prior to starting
our own company. In addition we are constantly evaluating software offering in this
area to provide the most cost effective, current proven programming techniques and
feature rich solution available.
Our company started in 1986 with the intent of providing consulting to manufacturing
companies needing assistance with cost accounting and inventory issues. We saw a
need for small to medium size companies requiring this type of help and not able to
afford the services of a large consulting firms. What we found were companies that
had experienced rapid growth and their informal internal systems could not keep up
with their growth. In fact the systems were holding them back. They needed more than
cost accounting and inventory assistance.
We have received numerous awards for training and customer support from several of
the software companies we have represented. Software companies recognizing our
expertise have contracted with us to conduct ongoing training seminars for their end
users and resellers. Our comments have been published in articles in trade
publications. We have contributed information to authors to use in their published
works on cost accounting.
